The rooms were spacious and clean, and we’d be very happy to stay again. The area is lively and right in the old part of town, close to temples, great restaurants, and everything else. The manager takes good care of you. Breakfast was great, with something different each morning: fresh corn, mango with sticky rice, fried shrimp, as well as the usual eggs, toast, and cereals. There’s a coffee machine, and the beans come from nearby regions.

The room was spotless and amazing, and breakfast was really good. We had a 4 am taxi, and the woman working there got up super early with us. Pookpik, the former hostess whose phone number we had, was such a wonderful person and helped us throughout our stay, including arranging for someone to get our clothes ready, which cost extra, and booking a taxi. Thank you so much, you’re the best!

We really felt at home thanks to the lovely hosts. The location is right downtown, yet the hotel sits on a tucked-away street that stays very quiet at night. It’s clean, and breakfast is varied and plentiful. There are snacks all day, plus unlimited water and soft drinks.

The manager and owners were incredibly kind and helpful. They made me feel like family, with free water, drinks, coffee, snacks available throughout the day, and a delicious Thai breakfast. The guesthouse is new, clean, and lovely, and the rooms are quiet despite being in a great Old Town spot. I loved staying here and hope to come back someday. Highly recommend ❤

Punsuk really does feel like a home away from home, and I’d highly recommend it. The owner is relaxed, friendly, and welcoming. You can help yourself to breakfast in the kitchen, and the rooms are tidy and cool, with a huge TV. If you’re staying in Chiang Mai, make sure to book here :-)
