A real little gem, and our family was very grateful for the fabulous room. The day and night staff were both fantastic. Getting to the night bazaar and old town was convenient too, just a few minutes in a low-priced car or on a motorbike because the area is so close.

The room was large and everything worked well, with an extremely comfortable bed. I was really impressed by the friendly staff, who helped with any requests we had. Great hotel, and I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.

The noise carries straight into the room, and it's impossible to rest or sleep here. Near midnight, two men in the last room on the second floor were blasting the TV and making a lot of noise. There's almost no soundproofing, so the place is extremely noisy. Is this really somewhere people can stay and rest? I wouldn't recommend it if you value quiet and sleep.

The room felt cozy and inviting, with thoughtful details that made it comfortable and relaxing. This was one of the most incredible hotels we came across on our whole trip through Thailand. From arrival onward, the staff welcomed us warmly and were a huge help throughout the stay. We'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable Thailand experience.
