RatiLanna Riverside Spa Resort

The spa was lovely overall, especially the back and head massage. The foot massage got a little too intense toward the end, though. I loved the hotel’s riverside location and ambience. The rooms have a cosy, rustic, old-world feel, and the staff are warm and welcoming. They’re always around to answer questions, whether about the town or anything else.

A lovely option for weddings too. This excellent five-star hotel sits in the heart of Chiangmai and has amazing views, surroundings, and decor. The wood furnishings pay tribute to ancient Lanna traditions. Most of the staff have been there for over ten years, with very little turnover even through COVID.

The people made our stay. Everyone, from reception and housekeeping to the restaurant and lounge, was respectful, attentive, and truly willing to help. Requests were handled quickly and with a smile, and the staff’s warm personalities matched their professionalism. The hotel itself has a calm, elegant atmosphere, with attention to detail in the spotless rooms and well-kept shared spaces. It felt refined and comfortable throughout, with little touches that helped make the experience memorable. We left with a lot of appreciation for the team and would recommend the hotel to anyone who wants caring service, a wonderful atmosphere, and somewhere that feels like home.

A Tom Yum cocktail by the pool was a refreshing treat, and the food was delicious. Ying was especially kind, attentive, and helpful, and the rest of the staff were just as welcoming and courteous. We had a wonderful stay at RatiLanna Resort & Spa in Chiang Mai. The riverside setting was peaceful, and our clean, spacious room had a beautiful design with a touch of luxury. We also really appreciated the complimentary room upgrade. I’d recommend the resort for privacy, tranquility, and good value.
