We chose this place for its Old Town location, close to good food and temples, but left early because there was so much mold in the bathroom. We woke up feeling sick after sleeping there, and the bathroom was right next to the bed, so it was impossible to ignore. The hotel refused any refund. There was also a red stain on the bed, probably wine, though it could have been blood. The atmosphere was pretty average for a cheaper stay. I would definitely avoid it. We stayed in November 2025.

I picked this hotel for its location, and it worked out really well. Lots of places are close enough to walk to, and Grab is easy to use for longer trips. The room was great for a restful night, with a comfortable bed, good shower pressure, and bottled water included. After a busy day, I liked unwinding by the small pool or sitting on the porch with a book. The staff were polite and helpful. I’d definitely recommend it.

Most sights are an easy walk from this cozy Chiang Mai old town hotel, and the airport isn’t too far away. The reception staff were really friendly, and the rooms are nicely furnished. I think most, maybe all, have balconies. Highly recommended!

We got there at 8am after taking the night train, and they let us into our room already, which was a lovely surprise. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and breakfast was better than at a lot of bigger business hotels. I’d absolutely recommend staying here.

For a budget-friendly stay, this place was just right. It has a nice pool, and it’s already in the old city, so getting around is easy. There’s a 7-11 about five minutes away, plus lots of local restaurants, night markets, and coffee shops. I had a very comfortable king bed, a nice bathroom, and a little balcony facing the street.
