I lived here for seven months and really liked it. The apartment was 60 sq m, one bedroom, with a spacious and convenient layout. There were three tables that worked well for online work, a bathtub and shower, and mosquito nets on every window. The building was clean, well maintained and never crowded, with good sound insulation between apartments. We never heard the neighbors. The staff were friendly and helpful, and returned our two-month deposit on checkout day. It's in a convenient spot between the old town and Nimman, down a quiet dead-end alley. A few drawbacks: the old AC units are noisy and inefficient, access to the rooftop with its good views is restricted and it's always closed, and the gym is small.

I spent five lovely weeks at S condo and felt at home. The apartment was a good size, 60 m for a one-bedroom, with a bathroom that had both a shower cabin and bathtub. The pool and gym made a cozy shared area, and the lobby staff were very nice. The guard was friendly and responsive too. The Nimman location is great, on a really quiet street. There's a fruit place on the corner where a portion costs just 12 baht. I hope to come back. Thank you!

The place started feeling like home pretty quickly, and I’d happily recommend it. We stayed for a month. The apartment was modern and nice, and it was easy to walk just about anywhere from there. The pool was cool without being too cold, and the building always looked clean and well cared for. Rent was toward the top of our budget. I’m not sure about the Wi-Fi since we had our own private connection, which the staff helped set up before we moved in.
