We stayed five nights, and the hotel was clean and well run. The staff were caring and hospitable, a real credit to the place. Our spacious room was serviced daily and had everything I’d expect from a five-star hotel. There are a few drawbacks: breakfast could have more options, there are no balconies and the windows don’t open, and the room lights and electrics are confusing. The pool area could use some TLC, too. It’s about a 20-minute taxi ride from the old town and its attractions, weekend Walking Streets, and Night Bizarre, though the location suits anyone wanting to be near Maya Shopping Mall.

I liked the relaxed but stylish feel, and the service was thoughtfully designed at every step. The bed was the real highlight, though. It was so comfortable I couldn’t bring myself to get up for my planned morning run! A great choice if you want to avoid crowds and get properly comfortable.

We booked two rooms for a family trip to Chiang Mai. Since my parents and I had different flight times, we needed to check out separately, and the concierge made that easy for us. All the staff were extremely friendly, and the facilities were excellent. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️

The free ride to Mayan Mall came in handy, and the front desk staff were so kind that they really stayed with me. I’d happily return to SYN Hotel next time I’m in Chiang Mai. I’d been unsure which of the many city hotels to choose, but booking here worked out well. When I had an issue with my room, the hotel sorted it out right away, and I was touched by how thoughtfully they handled it. The welcome drink, complimentary minibar, range of breakfast choices, clean room, and pool were all things I loved. Now I understand why it’s a five-star hotel. Five stars! Hope I see you again ❤️

The staff were the part that made our stay feel special. Everyone was so gentle and genuinely kind. We spent three nights here and loved it. Breakfast had loads of good local dishes and fresh bread, and I looked forward to the healthy juice shot each morning. Our room looked stylish, the bed was really comfortable, and the pool was lovely for relaxing.
