We spent two nights here and liked the room a lot: it was clean and spacious. The service was lovely and breakfast was good. It’s in a quiet, strategic spot, near both the Chiang Mai Night Bazaar and the city entrance, Thapae gate. We enjoyed the stay so much we wanted to add more nights, but there was no availability. Highly recommend!

Rooms could use a little refreshing, but they’re still great value. The staff are nice, breakfast is good, and the location is excellent.

Great service and location overall. The hot water in the shower didn’t flow steadily.

The room was light, airy, clean, and relaxing, and breakfast was fresh and tasty each morning. Welcoming, attentive staff made the stay very comfortable. It’s a lovely small hotel in a great spot, a short walk from the old town, with plenty of cafés and massage places nearby.

I enjoyed my two-night stay and would come back if I return to Chiang Mai. It’s good value, close to Thapae gate and the night market, and breakfast was nice, with coffee provided every morning. The hotel staff were the best part, especially the sincere and helpful woman who offered suggestions and was always ready to greet guests with a smile.
