We got to enjoy Chiang Mai without hauling our bags around because the staff let us leave them there before check-in. The room itself was large, modern, and very clean, with the feel of a five-star hotel.

The café downstairs was a real bonus, and the rooms were so well kept. My wife and I chose this place for the first stop on our Thailand trip, our first visit, and we were really glad we did. I’d happily recommend it to anyone staying around Chiang Mai.

The room was as good as it gets, and I was really happy with it. Just be aware the hotel can be hard to spot since it's above a café, and there isn't a dependable place to leave your bags. Still a very good place, and I’d recommend it. 4/5.

The location worked well, though the markets and bars we liked best were on the far side of the Old town. The rooms are modern, roomy, and nicely equipped. There’s no proper check-in desk, but the café downstairs can hold your bags if you arrive early. We had dirty floors in both rooms, and mould on both shower curtains. Hot water failed one evening, but after we messaged the owner, someone came to fix it within 20 minutes.
