The Loft Room Nimman

Dhawal, the owner, was lovely, helped with our bags and local tips, and checked that the Wi-Fi and hot water were working. The no-elevator building means carrying luggage upstairs, although staff are willing to help. A real bonus is the Thai massage shop downstairs, with skilled therapists, fair prices, and a quiet, proper setting after a day on foot. We stayed Oct 21-25 and loved being able to walk to Maya, One Nimman, and lots of cafes, while still being on a lively soi that feels local. The room was spacious for the price, clean, and looked like the photos. Similar rooms nearby often cost more, so it felt like a good deal for a 3-star city-center stay. Breakfast is simple if included, but filling, and the nearby cafes have everything else. We'd happily return for the big room, friendly service, and fair price.

The room was huge and the bed comfortable, and I loved this hotel. Service at the counter was the best, thank you. It's a superb spot, surrounded by SPA/Hair saloon and about a 5-7 minute walk from famous One Nimman. There is no lift, only stairs, but staff will bring luggage up or down, so it was manageable for us. Worth considering if you have seniors or a wheelchair user.

We came back Nov 1-3 for a short city break, and it was another smooth stay. The massage shop downstairs has become part of our routine here, with classic Thai technique, a calm atmosphere, and proper pressure. Dhawal is a kind owner who gives helpful restaurant and transport suggestions and quickly handles small requests. The rooms are larger than typical Nimman options, so unpacking and working at the desk are easy, and housekeeping kept ours tidy. The price is reasonable for the area, especially if you want to be close to boutiques and cafes without boutique-hotel rates. It's a walk-up with no lift, which is fine if you pack light, and staff can help if needed. Internet and AC were solid, the shower pressure was fine, and the usual Nimman street noise was manageable. Spacious rooms, a sweet host, and a good location for the price keep this as a go-to for us.

We had a pleasant stay, with nice rooms and friendly staff. The location is incredible, too. The small downside was the noise: very early each morning, sounds from other rooms and the Air Conditioner carried through.
