A little outside the city, but I thought it was worth paying for compared with other places. The room was spacious and clean, and the soft bedding made it comfortable. Breakfast tasted good, was hygienic, and had a few choices.

I generally had a good stay. The room was okay and always clean, and the towels were fresh. Breakfast was local Thai food with limited options, but there are shops nearby to explore. Rimping market is across the road, so you’ll need to find a crossing.

I’d highly recommend it for a short stay. We had a deluxe room on the 7th floor with a mountain view, and there was plenty of shaded parking. The room was very clean and spacious, with a big fridge and a comfortable bed. Each person got one clean, sealed towel, and there was a modern elevator. Breakfast was Thai food with fried eggs, toast, butter, jam, juice, and a coffee machine. The location is very near raumchock plaza and close to central festival. For what you get for the price, I gave it five overall.

"The Y Resident" is a new, modern hotel residential complex with a 4.1☆ rating. It’s on the northeast side of Chiangmai Ring Road, in Fa Ham, Chiang Mai. Evening markets and Ruamchok Shopping Mall are very near, and it’s a perfect hideaway for couples.
