The staff were warm and welcoming, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is beautiful and well located, and there's a swimming pool too. Breakfast was delicious, with each menu item nicely prepared. They also served fresh fruit arranged beautifully on the plates, a lovely touch that made the meal feel special. It was a memorable, wonderful stay.

The convenient location made it easy to find plenty of restaurants nearby, and the pool was a lovely place to unwind. Treevana Hotel felt more like home than a hotel, thanks in part to the friendly, welcoming staff. We had a comfortable, enjoyable stay and would highly recommend it.

We got to Chiang Mai in the morning and spent the time here before checking into our hotel later that afternoon. The 250 baht pool day was great value, and that amount also counted as food credit. It was quiet outside, and we had the small pool to ourselves. We arrived at 10am when it opened and stayed until around 2pm. We didn't stay overnight.

The staff were rude right from the start. They didn't give me towels, and charged me for a glass I broke by accident. I won't be coming back.

I especially loved the tea service by the pool. The food was delicious, the drink specials impressed, and both pools were beautiful. Our private plunge pool was great, while the main pool was sparkling clean, peaceful, and well maintained. The staff were genuinely warm, attentive, and accommodating. The hotel made a perfect base for exploring the city's temples, markets, and cafés, all just a walk or short ride away. From arrival, everything exceeded my expectations. It was such a peaceful, elegant experience, and I'll definitely stay here again when I return to Chiang Mai.
