The air conditioner was so loud that after two unbearable nights, even earplugs weren't enough. We told the owner, who said it was probably broken and needed replacing but that nothing could be done right away. We contacted airbnb support, got our money back in three days, and moved to a cheaper apartment with much better quality. The room was shabby, with a sagging old sofa, holey synthetic sheets that made the bed feel uncomfortably static, and towels that barely absorbed water. The kitchen was dirty, and you could hear everything from the hallway and the neighbors talking or turning on sockets through the walls. Someone smoked weed in the building despite it being forbidden, and the smell got into our room. The building itself looked old, with corridors in terrible condition. The price was too high for these apartments.

The owner of my unit is super nice, and so is the juristic person lady. They've both been really helpful. For a long stay, the location works perfectly, with shops, bars, hospitals, the immigration office, schools, police, and other things nearby, while the spot itself is quiet and has a nice mountain view. I've been here three months, and for this condo's price it's pretty convenient. The building is definitely old, with cracks, dirt, weathering, and cheap materials. I had an issue with the bidet, but overall things function.

It's a quiet, homely place where you can cook for yourself. Great apartment, and I'd recommend it. Ignore the negative reviews, you get what you pay for, and it's great if you're a normal human being.

We left within two hours of checking in. The bugs in the room, neighbors screaming in the hallway, and the location made it clear this wasn't suitable for tourists. It's two rented rooms in an old building in a very local area, with a pool that hasn't worked for over two years. There is no public transport or attractions nearby, and we didn't feel safe there. I appreciate that they refunded us for these reasons, but I hope other tourists can avoid going through what we did.

The car park is spacious and very good. The condos are clean, pleasant, and compact, with a nice pool area and a small fitness room.
