There are lots of cafes and restaurants in this laid-back area, and the night market is within walking distance. It suited a longer stay well, and I had no water problems. One thing that could be better is the TV casting: Android phones can cast to it, but since the whole hotel shares one Wi-Fi network, other Android users get a notification and can control or cancel your cast. That happened to me quite a lot.

I’m renting here by the month, and the water quality is really poor at the moment. My filter gets this dirty in just one week, and the water gives me a red rash when I shower. I’ve already reported it to the owner, but I don’t know how long it’ll take to fix.

There are lots of coffee shops nearby, and the hotel is modern and very clean. The monks trail is about a 20-minute walk, while Nimman takes 15-20 minutes on foot. Seems good for a monthly rental.

We stayed for six days and found the rooms very clean. The location was really nice, not too far from the old town or One Nimman. Pai at reception was very helpful and sorted out everything we needed. There’s parking for cars and motorbikes, and security at night. A good price for what you get.

The rooms are clean and have a new standard, but the shower pressure was poor and the sink water nearly stopped. There was noise from the neighbor, and breakfast was just noodles, nothing else. It felt a bit overpriced for what the accommodation offers.
