U Chiang Mai

The rooms were nice, the beds comfortable, the gym well equipped, and breakfast pretty good, with choices for most people. The hotel was in a great location and the whole stay, from check-in to check-out, felt top notch. The team was organized and attentive to guests. Sara checked us in and was delightful. Rainbow at the front desk was amazing throughout, always helpful and ready to go above and beyond. Toto at the front was also very helpful. It's hard to find anything negative to say about the staff. Just a great hotel experience in Chiang Mai :)

The hotel is right in the middle of the old town, which worked perfectly for us, with temples nearby as well as markets and plenty of places to eat. It's a beautiful boutique-style place with sleek, clean rooms. From the moment we arrived, the service was top tier. Staff greeted us with tasty tea, and the app let us book spa appointments, order room service, message staff, make requests, and find suggested local activities. We had a 90 min Thai massage, and it was “Amazing”!!! The best massage I've ever had. After all the walking, I was tense from head to toe, and afterwards I felt no pain. We also had breakfast twice and tried the rooftop bar. The food and drinks were delicious. 10/10, highly recommend!!

Every staff member was so kind and welcoming, and Well is wonderful. The service was 10/10 from check-in and breakfast to a staff member helping me turn off the lights in my room. Everyone was very nice, polite, and friendly.

A great boutique hotel in the downtown old city, with a great restaurant attached. Louis took good care of us there. I had the mango shrimp salad, and my husband had a delicious beef curry with rice. We finished with lava cake and ice cream. We'd highly recommend staying and eating here!
