The pool costs an extra 150 thb per person. The room itself was clean and spacious, with A/C, a quiet fan, and a quiet fridge. The bed was comfortable, and there were no bugs.

The room was clean and had air conditioning, a fan, a fridge, toilet paper, and soap. The location is good for getting to the gate of Old Chiang Mai. Still, I had trouble matching the place to the photos, and our room wasn't as nice as they looked. We got twin beds instead of a double, and a shower instead of the bathtub we had reserved. The owner came across as unpleasant, almost aggressive. There was a greasy film on the pool, and her old dogs smelled bad.

There's no shared area to sit and spend time in, and the pool was very dirty and costs extra. The Airbnb is very basic and cheap, but it does have what you need, including air conditioning, a fridge, and a balcony.
