The rooms were filthy and full of insects. I’ve never stayed in a hotel this bad, it felt like a one-star place. You wouldn’t catch me going back.

The room was clean and cheap, and breakfast came with lots of Asian dishes. You could choose between spicy and non-spicy options, though it helps if you know a little Thai.

Customer service was at level zero. My two-night stay was a very bad experience, and this was the worst hotel in the city. Any other place would surely be better. Staying here could ruin your holiday.

The building looks old, but it’s close to Chiangmai international airport. You can leave your car here and go to the airport after paying for one night.

Good value, with simple, clean rooms and breakfast available.
