We spent the summer here with a large group. The pool and fitness area were wonderful, the daily buffet was terrific, and the location suited us: close enough to the city center, but far enough out to avoid the traffic and noise. The service was great, and the staff were accommodating. Some rooms had issues, though: showers alternated between hot and cold, some beds were uncomfortable, the A/C switched on and off, and some toilets didn't flush properly. The plumbing and electrical systems could use an update. I enjoyed the stay and would recommend it to families and business travelers.

The main drawback is finding the resort. The entrance sign is small and faces only one direction, and the winding approach hides the place from the main road. Once there, we had a clean, well furnished room with a balcony and a lovely tropical view over the pool. The pool, slide, and Jacuzzi were a lot of fun, and the food menu was adequate. There's also a car and motor scooter rental next to the resort.

Families will enjoy the swimming pool, and there's an outdoor jacuzzi too. You can also use the gym, sauna, and steam room. The yearly pass costs 1,500 Baht for 30 visits, and several people can share the same ticket, so it's great value. I'd highly recommend the place for families.

The pool area is amazing, with a shallow beach section for little kids, a slide for intermediate swimmers, and a deeper end where you can get away from the children. It gets busy around 3pm, so arrive early. The food is pricey and the portions are small.

I've been here many times just to use the pool, and it's always been a good experience. My family also stayed at the hotel while visiting Chiang Mai. It was well cleaned and the service was good. You can use the large pool, gym, and sauna. Breakfast is optional at the restaurant, served as a buffet for 250THB. Banks, restaurants, Plaza 89, a massage center, yoga, and a pharmacy are all nearby.
