After a month traveling around Thailand, we can say Yellow Pillow Hotel was one of the best places we stayed. The beds are huge and so comfortable, perfect for a proper rest after exploring Chiang Mai or riding around the mountains. The place was spotless and clearly well cared for. Most facilities are fairly new and in very good condition too. Bee Bee, the owner, is what made it special for us. She was the kindest host we met during our whole month in Thailand, always welcoming, ready to help, and making us feel at home as soon as we arrived. The atmosphere is relaxed and peaceful, with a friendly, easygoing feel that made it lovely to unwind. If you're coming to Chiang Mai and want somewhere comfortable and restful, Yellow Pillow is a great choice. It made our trip feel even more special.

Bee, the manager, made the whole stay smooth and comfortable from the moment I arrived. She was warm, attentive, and always helpful. The family room was spacious, quiet, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated, a great spot to relax or get some work done. Jed Yod is a charming, peaceful area and a good base for seeing the rest of Chiang Mai. My stay at Yellow Pillow was ideal, and I'd highly recommend it. There was a floodlight shining straight into our room, and we had no way to block it. It made nighttime feel like daytime and made it hard to sleep. The room itself was very basic.

The hotel is a long way from downtown, and the rooms are quite small. I did really like the design and the little details, it felt like a campfire. The small white cat was a huge plus, so cute.
