A Residence

The gardens and grounds are lovely, and the reception staff were great with suggestions and help. I appreciated the little extras too, like the free minibar and unlimited fruit. It’s a good spot, just two blocks from the night markets and three from the clocktower. The room was good, though mine was on the ground floor and had no view.

The pool felt like a real treat, and the rooms were spacious, cool, and spotless. Even though it’s right in the centre of town, the hotel feels quiet and private. The staff were wonderful and went out of their way to help. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The only real bother was patchy Wi-Fi in our room, more of an inconvenience than a serious issue. Otherwise, we had a comfortable, clean room, and the grounds were beautiful. Breakfast was very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the complimentary non-alcoholic drinks, umbrellas, and bicycles.

We were glad the shower got properly hot, especially after our hotel in Chiang Mai, where it was only lukewarm. Breakfast was good for a hotel, and the staff were genuinely nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I liked the interesting architecture. Easily the best hotel we stayed at in Thailand. I’d book again.
