Baan Ga-cha has two houses, the Coffee house and the Tea house, with a distinctive cafe-style design centered on Chiang Rai coffee and tea. It's a good private house option for a small group of friends or family.

It's simply beautiful, with a Japanese-style design and spacious rooms. We stayed in the teahouse, which had two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, with air conditioning in both rooms. There was also a microwave, refrigerator, kettle, dishes, and shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom.

I was impressed and expect to bring friends back. The house is clean, private, and spacious enough for four people, with lovely tea-themed decor. You can grind and brew your own tea and coffee. The location is excellent, though there is some road noise and possibly noise from the neighboring house if you don't rent both. The living room has no TV or air conditioning.

Our family ended up staying for two weeks because the owner and housekeeper were so caring and attentive. Baan Ka-Cha is a distinctive, beautifully designed home with privacy and comfort, plus a modern backyard and a set for making your own tea and coffee. It has what you need for work, study, relaxing, or a vacation. We wanted to stay longer and didn't want to go home. ☺👍 We'll definitely return.
