The staff accommodated our request for a softer pillow, which was appreciated. Still, the hotel feels dated and could use an overhaul. The bathroom was cramped and difficult for an elderly person to manage safely. Breakfast was cold, and needs a proper bain-marie to keep it at the right temperature.

The room is spacious and the price feels fair, but several things need attention. Some lights and the lamp didn't work, and the door wouldn't shut tightly. The bathroom wasn't very clean, the shampoo and soap were empty, and the refrigerator barely got cold. The bedsheet was uncomfortable and the blanket a little small. 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Bible Believing Baptist Church has its Sunday services here. The English/Thai service was wonderful, and the people were very friendly.

I was disappointed. The rooms felt dusty, dingy, and old, and breakfast was poor. There wasn't a kettle or in-room tea and coffee, so I couldn't heat milk for my young child. I've stayed in much better hotels for the same price.
