The staff were pleasant, and the location is reasonably central. I had a Standard double room, medium in size with a similarly sized bathroom and simple furnishings. There's no lift, but there is a wheelchair ramp up to reception. The car park out front is small, though you can park in the surrounding area if needed. An okay hotel.

The room was clean and quite nice, and the beds were comfortable. They provide a few bottles of water, and there's a small breakfast buffet with limited choices, but it's convenient. I'd stay again.

The bed was the highlight for me. The Happy Sleep bedding was so luxurious, from the sheets and pillows to the towels and mattress. We slept better here than anywhere else on our trip. It's cozy, and although you can hear music from local bars, it didn't disturb our sleep. A room on the 3d floor also gives you a sunrise view. There are a microwave and toast available downstairs 24/7. Cleanliness could be better, though I know they have a huge turnover. Breakfast wasn't impressive, and the meat wasn't edible, so we skipped it. Still, it was great value for the price.

The service makes you feel like part of the family, and the rooms and bathrooms are new and very clean. By far the best hotel in Chiang Rai, especially for a long stay. I'll be back as soon as I can. Love you guys!

We had a good stay overall, and the beds were especially comfortable, with great bedding and five-star hotel towels. The TV was nice too. Breakfast was a pretty good buffet on the first morning, but on the second it was by order and not very appetizing. Parking is a problem.
