The price was much better than at many other places, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. The pool area is relaxing, and the room was large, clean and pleasant, though the furniture could use an update. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with what you need nearby, even if the location isn’t right in the center. The current 3.9-star rating feels too low to me; compared with other places in Thailand, I think it could easily be 4.6.

It’s in a quiet spot a little way from the center, but you can still walk there in about 20 minutes. Our room and bathroom were clean, and it was nice to get fresh towels and water each day. We didn’t try the pool, though it looked lovely.

The setting is very nice, with a swimming pool, and I liked that they provided water in glass bottles. Our room was small but comfortable. We walk a lot, so the 20-minute walk into the town center was fine for us. The listing mentioned a refrigerator, but there wasn’t one; an electric kettle in the room would have been useful too.

The main drawback was the noise in the morning and during the day, especially when trying to relax by the pool. We woke around 8am to people talking, possibly staff, and some neighbors were playing on the hotel grounds later. It wasn’t a huge issue, but after lots of travel, getting some quiet time could be hard. The rooms and pool are lovely. Breakfast and free coffee were great, too. It’s about a 20-minute walk from the center, or you can take a readily available Grab.
