The location worked really well for our family. It’s a bit out of town and quiet, but just a short taxi ride to the city center. We could walk to the Saturday night market, and there were plenty of nearby amenities, including coffee shops, restaurants, and a great playground. We stayed for a week with our young daughter and had a lovely time. It’s a small family-run place managed by a woman and her mother, and that personal touch showed. They were genuinely friendly, made us feel welcome, and were especially kind to our daughter. The family room was spacious and had everything we needed. The mattresses were firmer than I’m used to, but comfortable, and we all slept well. Breakfast was cooked fresh each morning and delicious. It’s a pleasant place to spend time, with nice decor, and everything felt calm, comfortable, and well cared for. For the price, the value is exceptionally good. We’d happily recommend it, especially to families.

We arrived late after having to leave another hotel because we couldn’t stay there due to some issues, and the owner and her mother welcomed us with open arms. They were fantastic, the food was great, and we had such a good time. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

The value for the price is hard to beat, and the Thai breakfast was delicious, so don't skip it. We had an amazing stay in Chiang Rai. The hostess was incredible, and the quiet location made it easy to relax. It works well for couples, families, or larger groups.

The owner was warm and talkative, shared plenty of ideas for places to visit, and even arranged a scooter for us. We loved staying here in January. It's peaceful and a little outside the town centre, though restaurants and attractions were still within an easy walk. A comfortable, quiet place I'd recommend.

The decor was beautiful and the place had everything we needed. Our host welcomed us warmly, and her mother made a great breakfast. They also arranged a ride back to the bus station. We found it comfortable and quiet, and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Chiang Rai.
