The room was neat, the bathroom roomy, and the bed really comfortable. There were plenty of sockets, though I wish there were one beside the bed. Breakfast came with the stay and had a big choice of Thai and Western dishes, plus iced or hot coffee, chocolate drinks, tea, and snacks were available all day and night. This was the best budget hotel we booked on our Thailand trip. I had to choose carefully so I didn't pile too much food on my plate, haha. I'd happily book it again when I'm back in Chiang Rai.

After a long day on the road, we were greeted so warmly. The family who run the place were friendly and attentive, and the laundry service left my clothes feeling and smelling so good. We had a lovely stay.

Breakfast was a tasty buffet with enough variety for most people. The staff were very kind and helpful, and can also arrange car or bike rentals.

The bed, pillows, and bathroom were all good, and some of the staff were nice, including the owners. Still, it felt like being in someone's house, with a very cluttered foyer. I saw one staff member scrolling on her phone, then handle and scrape the salad and fruit together with her hands without rinsing them first. She wasn't friendly either.

It's a family run hotel and was a pleasant place to stay, with everything we needed. Breakfast was a nice extra, and the coffee shop next door was very nice.
