There was dampness on the walls and floor, and the washroom was so dim I couldn't see my own face to shave. The faucet was really dirty and unpleasant to touch, but I had no other choice and used it.

The staff were sweet and made us feel welcome, and the room was very clean, spacious, and everything worked, including the air conditioning, outlets, and hot shower. It's down a quiet Soi, so there wasn't any disturbance. The location is handy, about a 15 minute walk from the bus station and Night bazar area, and five minutes from the nearest 7/11. For the price, this felt like a four star stay even though the hotel may only have three stars. After staying at B2, just 100 meters away, I'd choose I-House instead. I'll be back.

It's a very quiet location, and the rooms are clean and spacious. They get fresh sheets and towels every day. The man at the front desk was friendly and helpful.

The beds were comfortable and the place was quiet, at a reasonable price and near the centre, by the clock tower in Chiang Rai city. Breakfast was a little poor, though there are lots of coffee shops nearby, so I'd recommend eating breakfast outside the hotel.
