Tam made a great host, sharing lots of helpful tips on where to go and cooking a variety of delicious breakfasts. The room and terrace were lovely, with thoughtful original touches like a chandelier and an outdoor tub, quality linen, and the biggest, best bed we’d had on our trip. We enjoyed walking around the nearby lake and up to the hilltop temple. Grab taxis into town for dinner were easy and cheap. Catch the Clock Tower sound and light shows on the hour. Pad Thai restaurant was great, and the Indian restaurant was good too. It’s a calm, peaceful place surrounded by nature, away from the tourists, just right if that’s what you’re looking for.

La Maison Blanche feels like a real escape from Chiang Rai’s busy streets. It’s a little outside the city, but getting a Grab is easy and convenient. The two hosts welcomed me warmly and made me feel at home as soon as I arrived. Lovely animals around the property added to the peaceful atmosphere, which is perfect for unwinding. I highly recommend La Maison Blanche for its comfort, tranquility, and genuine hospitality. I’ll definitely return.

We really enjoyed our four nights here and will definitely come back. The host was kind and helpful, and the place felt peaceful while still being close to all the landmarks. It was easy to book cabs and get food delivered. If you're staying in Chiang Rai, this is the place.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the owner’s warm, helpful hospitality made us feel at home. His food was amazing, especially the Pad Thai, which was even better than the one at the Night Bazaar. We visited in the rainy season, so we couldn’t fully enjoy the hot tub, but everything else was exceptional.

I wanted a change of scenery and a few days on my own. This place was cozy and safe, with a little bit of nature to enjoy. The hosts were very caring, the room was clean, and the cats were cute.
