The monthly rental rooms are being renovated and fitted out fully. The aim is to keep them clean, quiet, and safe.

The owner was very welcoming, and rooms are available by the day or month. For 600 baht, my room felt like a condo and had a fridge, TV, microwave, hot water kettle, and a roomy desk for working. I especially liked that Pong Phra Bat hot springs were an easy walk away. A great choice if you want a quiet stay.

The owner is especially lovely, kind, and friendly. It's a comfortable place to stay near Chiang Rai Airport, Pong Phra Bat Hot Springs, and the city's attractions. Orange orchards, vineyards, strawberry farms, and other agricultural tourism spots are also not far away.

A very large balcony and all the basics are here, including a kettle, microwave, and sink for cooking. The style feels a bit old-fashioned, though.

The room was clean and cost 600 baht. No breakfast, just coffee in the morning. The woman hosting us was very nice.
