The rooftop restaurant was a highlight, with a wonderful view over the city. The hotel is in an excellent location, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and stylish, the bed very comfortable, and the internet fast. Breakfast had a good variety. Nothing to complain about.

Breakfast was amazing, and Koong, the Breakfast Captain, was quick, smart and determined to make sure we enjoyed it. The pool was clean and perfect, and every request was handled professionally and promptly. I've traveled internationally for business and pleasure for over 40 years and stayed in many of the world's finest hotels. Mora Boutique Hotel gave me one of my best experiences. It's a small boutique hotel, clean and comfortable, and the high quality, friendly, competent staff made us feel at home. They went the distance to make our stay pleasant and comfortable, and delivered beyond what we expected. My wife stayed here a couple of years ago, and now I understand why she was excited to return. I'll come back just to relax and for the experience. I highly recommend it.

The staff will truly do anything to make sure you have the best stay, and their customer service is extraordinary. Breakfast was excellent, the pool was perfect, and the grounds were so clean they looked straight out of a Condé Nast. This is a true treasure in the heart of Chiang Rai. The hotel is lovely and immaculate, with beautiful rooms and exemplary staff. The whole experience was phenomenal. It's a true 5-star boutique hotel, and I can't recommend it enough!

We'd happily recommend this hotel. My wife and I had a very pleasant stay, with spacious, clean rooms, varied breakfast, and staff who were extremely warm and attentive to guests' needs. We especially appreciated the washing machine and option to use a dryer, ice cream for sale at reception, and the parking. On the 7th-floor terrace, we could enjoy a cold drink and watch the sunset.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at this beautiful boutique hotel. The sunset from the rooftop bar is a must, and we also enjoyed a welcome drink and fruit platter by the pool. There's a small gym for workouts, and breakfast buffet food was nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable, with two TV sets, one in the family area, and a beautiful bathtub. We'll be back if we return to chiang rai.
