Room service was quick and good, and I really liked having a big room with a king bed. The breakfast buffet was good too, especially since they had hot milk for my coffee.

I don't usually leave reviews, but this stay left me feeling treated with contempt. I had just arrived with little cash, and for my two-night stay they wanted a 2,000 baht deposit. I offered my credit card so they could put a hold on it, but they refused. I normally use my Wise card to avoid the 250 baht fee Thai banks charge foreigners. Going to the bank to get the deposit in cash cost me a noticeable amount. Then, to check in, I had to hand over my passport, even though I believe I should be the one looking after it. After that, I was lectured about being fined if I smoked in the room, even though I don't smoke. I'm a 50-year-old man, and being treated like a child by a hotel felt awful. This seems to come from management, though I doubt they'd expect to be treated that way when travelling overseas. I wish I hadn't booked here, and I'll avoid this company in future.

I was very disappointed by the cleaning service. The reception staff were friendly and accepted a credit card for the 2,000 baht deposit. Management should review the policy so guests can use a credit or debit card.

The pool was always clean, and having a gym open 24 hours was great, even if some of the equipment is a little old. It's a bit away from the center, but for 10 baht you can get to pretty much everywhere. The staff were so friendly and tried hard to help me. When I mentioned that the WiFi wasn't working well, they fixed it right away.
