Nai Suan Bed and Breakfast

It's a gorgeous little place in the city center, and you can walk to plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. The gardens around the rooms are lovely to wander through. The staff are friendly and speak English.

The cozy rooms and carefully done interiors give the whole hotel a lovely old-world feel, like a classic British manor. The British design is exquisite, and every corner feels thoughtfully decorated. The dining room is especially spectacular, with elegant decor and atmosphere. We did have minor hot water issues, but they barely took away from the stay. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone after a unique, atmospheric place.

The room was pretty, old but pleasant, with a nice balcony, and the price was very good at 30 euros a night. It's an English style hotel tucked among simple Thai buildings, with a closed courtyard and cozy lighting. We had no neighbors, but because the house is wooden, sound would carry and could be annoying. We stayed in the second house, farther from the road. The stone one is closer to the road, but they didn't put us there. Breakfast didn't suit us at all. You have to choose the food in advance, which is inconvenient, and it tasted average. The coffee had no flavor, and there wasn't any fruit. It also seemed strange to have to leave a deposit, since hotels stopped doing that a long time ago.

A lovely vintage bed & breakfast, with gorgeous gardens and a peaceful setting. A real little gem.
