I had a great stay. The room was very clean, and everyone on staff was polite.

I was there for seven nights and really liked how large and spotless the room was. The cleaning staff took care of it every day without me having to ask. It's a good residential-style hotel for a longer stay near the university, especially if you want to be away from the touristy downtown area. There are plenty of places to eat and 7-Elevens on the main street, about a ten-minute walk away. The TV had no English channels, so I watched Hollywood movies in Thai. I also found the evening security man rude and unwelcoming, and the chubby girl at reception gave me a cold vibe when I checked out. I think staff could use more training in serving foreign residents. Thank you.

The basic room was clean and adequate. The superior room had no kettle for tea or coffee, and there were no laundry facilities. WiFi was sketchy.

We were told several times, after extending our stay, that we could keep the same room. Then we left for a tattoo appointment and got a call ten minutes later saying we had to move. We refused, and staff moved our things for us, which was fine. When we got back, though, five or six staff members showed up. A supervisor knocked sharply and said we had to pay for damaged bed linen. At reception they demanded 2,000 THB for sheets that were only slightly dirty, without showing evidence or explaining much. The bedding looked barely used, and nobody had even tried to wash it. We offered to clean it ourselves. On video, we used only water and dish soap and the marks came off in seconds. We showed that we hadn't used harsh products and invited them to check. Between cleaning, supplies, and transport, it cost us 270 THB and hours of lost time, while I was recovering from a painful tattoo. The stress and fatigue led to an infection in the fresh tattoo, and we had to pay for five more days somewhere else. The next morning reception called for no good reason to ask if we had a car, even though we had registered a motorbike. It felt like another sign of disorganization. The manager smiled but showed no empathy, and the front desk supervisor just repeated scripted lines without seeming interested in helping. The regular receptionists and cleaners were the only kind ones. Weekend parking was a nightmare, with cars everywhere. Rooms are cheap, but don't expect service. We asked for one free night as a small gesture, not even a refund, and they said no. They offered a two-hour late checkout, which felt insulting. We won't stay at another B2 hotel, and we'd tell friends, travelers, and followers to avoid them too. This is what happened to us, and I hope management takes it seriously and improves. If you value peace, fair treatment, and basic respect, stay away.

At this price it might be okay, but I wasn't told before booking, or on Agoda, that there was a 500B cash deposit. At check-in, the receptionist said I could leave my passport instead, which is illegal. Getting the deposit back took a long time at checkout. She examined both sides of each banknote several times and kept checking the receipt. I said I was rushing to the airport and asked for the money back, but she told me I had to wait another five minutes for the maid to inspect the room. There weren't valuables or amenities in the room that seemed to justify such a strict deposit policy. Staff weren't especially nice, and the location wasn't convenient. B2 HOTELS are often service apartments converted into hotels, so they're cheap but not beautiful.
