The small garden was my favorite spot, a nice place to sit and enjoy the sunshine and atmosphere. The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the staff are friendly. Hot showers have good pressure and temperature, and airport transport is available for a reasonable charge. It’s central, only a few minutes’ walk from Chiang Mai Gate and the wet market, with plenty of food nearby, especially in the evening for a local experience. Saturday Walking Street is not far, and there’s a nice gym center within a five-minute walk. Only three rooms have balconies, so book ahead if you want one. The other rooms face inward rather than the street.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, going out of their way to do us favors. Even after we checked out, they let us leave our luggage there for several days while we were in Pai. We had no complaints about the rooms, and the location felt just right, central in Chiang Mai but still quiet. The neighborhood is lovely, with plenty of cute cafes and restaurants for breakfast or dinner. I’d definitely stay again. The Museum of Makers is right next to the hotel. It’s a cool spot and worth checking out while you’re there.

The two receptionists were incredibly patient when I was trying to find tickets for the Loy Krathong festival. They even helped call the organizers and showed me how to get there. The staff were amazing. Rooms are spacious, modern, and clean, and I loved my stay here. The location is great too, just a two-minute walk from the main road, where there’s a 7-eleven, a supermarket, and a morning/night market with food stalls and snacks. Five stars, highly recommend!

The owner was really kind and even helped carry my bags to the car. It’s in a great spot, close to lots of places in the Old Town and easy to get around. My room wasn’t large, but it was very clean and comfortable. At night the hotel feels especially cozy. One of the best hotels in Chiang Mai.

The bed and pillows were comfortable enough that I slept well and felt at home. The hotel is spotless, thoughtfully designed, and run with real care. It’s clearly a family-owned business, and you can feel the pride they put into it. My check-in as a walk-in guest was smooth, and the staff were very helpful. For the price, it’s excellent value compared with other Chiang Mai hotels I’ve stayed at. The room has the essentials done well, including a refrigerator, sturdy stool, solid mattress with comfortable linens, and a large flat screen. The bathroom looks modern, and the interior details keep it from feeling plain. The layout works well for two travelers. There are family rooms too. The property has two floors and no elevator, so keep that in mind. Corner rooms at the front get more natural light, while second-floor balcony rooms feel more open. I’ve watched Lana Haven Hotel grow since its early days and finally got to stay. I highly recommend it, and I’ll definitely return.
