It's an older place, but clean and roomy. We arrived and booked a small house for one night. The staff didn't speak English, though they tried to help; Google Translate made communication manageable. For the price, it's definitely a good place to stay.

A nice option for a small budget if you want to explore nearby. The location is quite close to central Chiang Rai. I paid 1000 baht for three nights.

The room was private, clean and very nice, and the staff were warm, friendly and ready to help. I left something behind, and they sent it back right away. I'm grateful to everyone there and really appreciated the guesthouse and its service.
