The owner was lovely and looked after me, and the price was great for the location. There were free biscuits, plus hot water for tea and coffee. Upstairs there's a nice little spot to sit in the evenings. I'd stay again.

The bathroom really put me off staying here. Half the floor by the toilet was wet when I arrived and the mat was soaked. I assumed there might be a toilet leak, since the shower area was dry and the tap was off. Then, within a couple of minutes of showering, the water stopped draining and grimy water collected around my feet. I got to the point where I didn't want to go back in there. The owner was polite and friendly, and the guesthouse is central, close to night markets and cafes. It's also quiet and cheap.

The owners were very friendly, and the rooms were clean and roomy. The location was decent, and the room came with a fridge, which was a nice surprise. Ours had no AC, but the fan was strong enough to manage the heat at over 33 degrees. A simple place to recommend.

We were left looking for a room late in the evening after another hotel cancelled us. We called the owner, who was so kind and stayed up until we arrived. Thank you again! The guesthouse itself is cute and simple, with spacious, clean rooms, though the beds and mattresses were pretty bad. Upstairs there's a small shared area with hot water for tea or coffee, but you have to plug it in yourself. It'd be nice if it were switched on in the morning so guests could make a drink.
