The rooms were good, and the beds were great. Worth staying.

For 400 baht, the room was decent, the AC worked well, the location was good, and parking was available. They also supplied three bottles of water. There was some traffic noise at night, though it wasn't too loud, probably hard to avoid near the main road. The bed was firm and not saggy, but the sheets and duvet covers felt a little thin. The bathroom seemed not to have been properly cleaned before check-in: there were several urine stains on the edge of the toilet seat, visible without looking closely, and lots of soap residue on the shower screen. It may have been cleaned, but as a customer I expected it to be cleaned thoroughly beforehand.

A good deal at 400 baht. The room was clean and spacious, with a TV, fridge, and a soft spring bed. If you're staying around here, I'd suggest calling the owner to reserve.

It costs 400 baht whether you're a couple or on your own. The rooms are okay but a little small, and parking is limited. The counter closes after 8:30 PM, so make sure to check in before then.
