The owner’s family are really friendly and welcoming. Rooms are clean and inexpensive, and the location is ideal, near the city center, Big C, and Central.

It’s a quiet spot to wind down at the end of the day, though a little far from downtown. There’s a cafe and a few restaurants within several blocks. The staff are friendly and speak English, and laundry service is available.

It’s a family-run business. Two years ago I would have described it as simple, quiet, and affordable, a good place to plan the next few days. The rooms don’t have a refrigerator or TV. Sadly, they aren’t honest anymore. If they know you’re leaving, they charge double for a day. The mentality is like the people in Chiang Mai. It’s a shame, because I felt very comfortable there...Ⓜ

The staff were really friendly, and the room was spacious. It was a perfectly fine stay, though nothing stood out either way. The price was very low, about €10 a night, so some trade-offs come with that. There was a fan but no air conditioning unless you paid extra.
