The room was comfortable, and I really liked the breakfast buffet by the Mekong River. Staff were attentive and keen to help. This is the budget property across the street, with no facilities of its own, though guests can use everything at the other hotel. Rooms are a bit small and show some wear. It's also a little out of town, so you'd need your own transport, although bicycles are available. Highly recommended!

A clean, cozy room at a reasonable price. This is the budget version of the hotel across the street.

The place was quiet and peaceful, and the room came with all the amenities. Staff gave excellent service. Food options are a little way off, but not too far. If I return to Chiang Saen, I'll definitely stay here again.

Everything else is fine, but the internet was a complete mess, with far too little capacity. The company manager seems capable, though, and then suddenly the internet got much better. ^^

I booked four rooms, and one leaked when it rained. The staff were very helpful and attentive to each problem, and they were willing to fix it. The rooms were good value and the service staff were excellent. Housekeeping was good, but you had to ask each day for cleaning and water. If you didn't ask, they wouldn't come. They didn't provide drinking water at all. Everything else was good, and I'd stay again if I get the chance. 4/5
