The location and service earn two stars from me, and the staff are very nice. But the bathroom smells bad, and there's no ventilation because the windows are screwed shut. You can't even open them to get fresh air. So pathetic.

The residence is right by the beach, near the night market and Jomtien beach, so I'd give the location 9/10. Price performance gets 9/10 too. The staff were great and went above and beyond to help with issues, service 10/10.

Jomtien Wave Residence was comfortable and convenient for us. Everything I needed was in the clean room, including air conditioning, a fridge, TV, private bathroom, and free WiFi. Jomtien Beach, the Night Market, 7/11, and lots of restaurants and shops were just a short walk away. Staff were helpful and friendly whenever I needed anything. I'd definitely return, and recommend it if you want an affordable, convenient place to stay in Pattaya.

The beach was peaceful and clean, away from the tents and night market area, and easy to reach. In the room, there's Netflix and a bathtub facing the sea. The breakfast isn't a buffet, but it's simple and really nice, with repeat orders allowed. The pork shrimp porridge was yummy and the coffee rich. The room's wooden furniture is showing some wear. It's breezy and cool here, and I'd recommend it to families or business travellers. Would I visit again? Yes.
