Raphael Hirsch, the General Manager, was fantastic and made our stay especially memorable. We also appreciated the support and professionalism of Vikrant Chauhan, the Hotel Manager, and the whole Front Office and restaurant teams were amazing. From the moment we arrived at Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 4, the team made us feel at home with attentive, exceptional service. We loved unwinding at the rooftop pool and taking in the view over Bangkok after a day out. Breakfast was excellent every morning, with great quality and variety. A wonderful stay for our family. The room at Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 4 was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with modern amenities that made the stay enjoyable. The team made check-in and every other interaction easy and pleasant, and the service was top-notch from housekeeping through dining. We had a fantastic stay, with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and staff who went out of their way to help. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok.

Breakfast was the one letdown. It was decent but basic, with no standout dishes or big variety. The staff were helpful and hospitality was good throughout our stay. The hotel is in a lively, busy spot near BTS Nana, so getting around Bangkok is easy. There are plenty of bars, restaurants, and nightlife within walking distance. A solid choice if you want to stay amid the action with convenient transport.

We stayed for one night before flying home from vacation. The area worked well for visiting Terminal 21 and EmQuartier, both within walking distance, and there are several 7-11s plus lots of restaurants and bars nearby. It’s clean and modern, and the location is great. Evenings around here are more suited to adults than children. The restaurant served the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had in Canada, the U.S., Europe, the UK, or Thailand. You definitely won’t leave hungry!
