We paid USD 48.9 per night for three nights at Baiyoke Suite Hotel through Agoda, from May 24, 2026 to May 27, 2026. I travelled with my mother and my 3-year-old daughter, expecting a safe, comfortable stay at a hotel advertised as 4-star. It was extremely frustrating and upsetting, especially with my elderly mother and young child. Hygiene and safety should be a basic responsibility, particularly for a place claiming to be 4-star. We were first put in Room 166, which was shockingly dirty and poorly maintained. After I complained, we moved to Room 344. It looked slightly cleaner, but still wasn't acceptable. That night we could barely sleep. It felt as if there were mites or bed bugs on the bed, and all of us became extremely itchy. None of us slept properly, including my mother and young daughter. We had to leave and pay to move to nearby Budacco Hotel. We didn't even ask for compensation for what we'd already paid. The front desk staff's attitude was terrible, unprofessional, and indifferent, nothing like what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel. My brother was taking scenery photos and accidentally captured several corners full of insects, which raises serious concerns about the property's cleanliness and hygiene. I honestly don't understand what management and the owners are doing. Have they read the negative reviews on Agoda and Google Maps? Many guests are raising the same concerns, yet it seems nothing has improved.

The rooms were okay and comfortable, though quite old. The stay itself wasn't a problem, and the staff were very nice and helpful, especially housekeeping. The best thing is stepping outside to find a market all around. Platinum hotel mall is nearby, and Indira Square is less than a two-minute walk away. There are also plenty of Indian restaurants to enjoy. There's a visitor desk too, where they can arrange tickets for Bangkok attractions if you haven't booked them. Loved it.

Breakfast was good, and we really enjoyed the skyline view. The spacious suite rooms made our stay very comfortable, and Pratunam Market is right below the hotel, which made shopping easy. A pleasant, comfortable stay and good value for money.

The bathrooms were dirty, outdated, and uncomfortable to use, and the hygiene standards seemed seriously lacking. The worn-out, uncomfortable beds made it hard to get proper rest. The air conditioning was another major problem: the units seemed as old as the building and didn't cool the room effectively, which made staying there uncomfortable in Bangkok's heat. My stay at Baiyoke Suite Hotel was extremely disappointing and far below expectations. I found out it was built in 1988, and the rooms felt as if they hadn't been properly updated since then. They seem to have far surpassed their usable life. This hotel is nowhere near acceptable by modern standards, and I would strongly advise avoiding it at any cost.

The room was run-down, with not enough plugs and inconvenient places to use them. The bathroom and toilet were small, there was a gap of at least 2 inch under the front door, and I found baby cockroaches in the kettle. There was also too much unnecessary noise pollution. I had stayed at zayn hotel before this, and it was so much better. I don't work for them, on my momma. It felt like luxury there, and just being in this room made me feel offended. I wanna jump off from the balcony. Room295.
