They made me wait an hour and 35 minutes even though a room was available. I was told rooms only open at 2:00, but that I could get mine right away if I paid 200 Baht. I think that’s a very bad practice. 😔

Pangram treated me so well. She’s very helpful, always smiling, and has a really calm manner. Thanks to Pangram.

The room was really dirty, with lots of hair on the floor, and the staff weren’t cooperative. We walked in at night and were told breakfast was included. The next morning, they said it only came with online bookings, not walk-ins. That was very annoying.

The facilities were dated and dirty, and the staff seemed not to care. This was the worst stay I’ve ever had. I’d avoid this hotel.

Our booking had been confirmed for over a month, but then you canceled our reservation for three months from now. The service was horrible. Don’t waste your time booking here just to have it canceled on you.
