Service was okay, and the pool was decent, but I wouldn’t really recommend staying here unless you can’t find somewhere else. The TV worked fine and it was okay for sleeping, but the room had a sofa without a table, a small bathroom, and a tiny balcony that was basically a little room with the AC outdoor unit.

Warning: I paid for a room through Traveloka, but when we arrived to check in, they said none were available. I lost time and taxi money, and now have to wait 30 days for the room refund. I hadn’t read the reviews before booking, or I would have seen that this had happened to other people too. Businesses like this should be removed from online booking platforms.

I had a booking confirmation from Agoda, but the hotel said there was no booking and that it had been canceled. Agoda told me it had not been canceled. Even so, the hotel said there was no room for me, and my room fee was not refunded. They told me to contact Agoda. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever experienced. Please don’t stay here.

Seriously, take note: this hotel is overbooked and has no rooms available. A zero-star rating would fit. Don’t book through Agoda.

The housekeeping staff were polite, but I had to ask them to clean the refrigerator again because there was sticky residue on top when I checked in. The room didn’t match the price or the pictures on the booking app. I paid 4,200 THB plus 300 THB for pets, or 4,500 THB per room per night. There was noise for almost the whole night and into the morning, and my dog barked constantly. I wouldn’t rate the room itself. There was no toilet paper, and although WiFi was available, I couldn’t get a connection. Parking was limited.
