Pm Place

The Wi-Fi was almost unusable, which was the one small downside. Everything else was great. It was quiet and peaceful, with no noise from other rooms, and the caretaker was friendly and easy to talk to. I paid 550฿ for the stay plus a 200฿ key deposit, a reasonable price. The place is in Bang Saen near Burapha University, and you can park right outside your room. The room was neat and clean, with all amenities provided, including a water heater, dressing table, TV, and very cool AC. There were plenty of charging points, the bathroom had strong water pressure, and the water heater worked well.

I really liked how clean and nice the room was. I'd definitely stay there again.

The price was cheap, and the room was lovely and clean with strong water pressure. It's a bit far from the shops, but they had snacks ready in the room. The auntie was kind and gave excellent service. We accidentally broke a glass and she didn't charge us for it. If we're in Bangsaen again, we'll definitely come back.

At around 11 PM, I arrived with my three children, aged three and six, after we'd struggled to find anywhere available. I'd called ahead, and the person who answered said they had a room, so we agreed since so many other places were booked. I was trying to find my ID to check in when a staff member started yelling at me. He told me to have my ID ready next time and said I wasn't there to look for anyone. Then he kept shouting, asking if we were staying or not, and saying we could leave if we weren't because he wanted to sleep. I was shocked and upset. I didn't respond because I was worried about the children's safety and just listened. We had the driver take us somewhere else to stay. We had money and could stay anywhere, but had only ended up there because other places were full and we were concerned about the kids' safety. I was very disappointed by the experience.
