10/10
It's a quiet place, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The price is reasonable, especially for a longer stay, and you can walk or take public transport to lots of shopping areas. The laundry room is quite small, though, and the machines can't handle a large load. That can leave clothes with a musty smell. I hope they improve it before my next visit. I still like the place.

The room is spacious, the staff are friendly, and Big C is close by. The bed is hard, and the bathroom could use a better clean. For the price, it's a good place to stay.

My team and I stay here when we come to work in Pattaya. It's clean and comfortable, and the low price makes it a big hit with us.

For 490-550 baht, the room is clean and the price is nice. It's small, and the lighting isn't bright enough.

The room is cute, but there's very little parking.
