The customer service was poor, and the mattress was hard as a brick. I had to fold up several blankets to get comfortable. I left three days early, but they wouldn’t even consider a partial refund. Not 1 baht.

8/10
The room was big and clean, with a refrigerator, air conditioner, table, chair, and elevator, and the general cleanliness was pretty good. It wasn’t expensive, and there’s a 7/11 about 400m away. The downside is the remote area, around 3km from tourist attractions, with few places to eat nearby. I enjoyed my stay.

I came from the USA with my Thai wife. The room was clean, the price was good, and the staff were nice to me.

Cozy and elegant, and good value for the money. Communication was difficult because of the language barrier.

It was cheap and clean, but my girlfriend woke up with mosquito bites on her face.
