Everything else was fine, but I was let down by the receptionist wearing glasses. Their communication felt unprofessional and showed a lack of knowledge. Because of that experience, I’ve decided not to come back.

It’s very peaceful and feels tucked away, with a nice smell and full facilities, including tableware and bathroom supplies. The location makes it easy to get into town or leave it. No pajamas, FYI. It’s dark at night and only gradually gets bright near noon, and the curtains are good for sleeping. Sound carries along the corridor, so a loud group of visitors walking to their room at night disturbed us. Once in a while, outside noise gets in too, like a high speed over limit motorcycle. The hair-dryer isn’t in the room, you have to borrow it from the frontdesk, but it’s quite good.

I’ve been back to VC Residents many times over the last 18 months. The staff are always helpful and friendly, and the rooms are large and clean, with a kitchen and fridge. At 980 baht for the standard room, it’s good value.

The rooms are big and clean, and the staff are friendly. It’s close to Tesco Lotus, too. Booking directly costs less than using the accommodation websites. I always stay here 😆
