It's hard to give this hotel a star. Management didn't seem good. Our rooms were large, but even after switching rooms there was no hot water, only slightly warm water for bathing. The air-con was far too cold, and its control would only turn it on or off. We couldn't adjust the temperature or swing setting. There was no kettle, though we could order hot water from staff. The TV volume buttons weren't on the remote, so we had to adjust the sound at the TV. It was almost funny that all the air-con controls could do was switch it on or off, with the other settings out of order.
