Na Rommai Resort

The light in my room was broken, so I had to keep going back and forth to change rooms. The towels and sheets were stained, and the bathroom smelled bad. The staff seemed completely incompetent and clueless, with no proper supervision. This was the worst experience I've ever had. The resort shouldn't be allowed to keep operating.

I booked a secret room, but the bathroom smelled bad, the sheets looked old and faded, and the pillows were moldy. I couldn't stay any longer because of them. I don't usually write reviews, but this was too much. I told the owner, and they said nothing, as if they already knew. 😓

We stayed in two rooms, and both had the same strong bathroom smell. The drain odor was constant and terrible. It needs to be fixed.

For what you get, the price isn't worth it. The air conditioning didn't work, the TV wouldn't turn on and had no signal, and there wasn't even a bottle of water. I wouldn't recommend it to travelers who care about comfort, since it would just be frustrating. As a temporary stop after finishing a task, it might be okay if comfort doesn't matter. I'd take points off for everything, out of ten.
