SLEEP TIGHT at Chumphon

We only booked Sleep Tight for a quick stop in Chumphon, but wished we could have stayed longer. The staff welcomed us with warm smiles, and check-in was easy. The room was spotless, from the fresh linens and neatly made bed to the bathroom fixtures. The air conditioning ran quietly and kept things cool, without rattles or drafts, so we slept well. Breakfast was light and tasty, with flaky pastries, seasonal fruit and toasted bread with homemade jam. The coffee was the standout, aromatic, smooth and made to order. It felt like cafe-quality coffee, not something left sitting in a pot. The location is very central: the night market was under five minutes away on foot, cafes and convenience stores were on the same block, and the train station was a short tuk-tuk ride away. Even with all that nearby, the street was quiet at night. We enjoyed the room, breakfast, coffee, friendly service and location, and felt it was incredible value. We’ll gladly return and recommend Sleep Tight to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness and convenience in Chumphon.

The owners and staff gave us a warm welcome and were attentive. The rooms were exceptionally clean, with a lot of care put into them. I loved the little breakfast set, especially the local Thai-style breakfast, which was more than I expected. They’re pet friendly too 😽. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

There’s a small green garden in front of my room where the feline receptionists come by to greet you whenever they feel like it. The owners take good care of the hotel. It’s a cozy little place downtown in Chumpon, with a pretty small room that still has what you need. A small breakfast is included, with whole wheat bread stick, a soft-boiled egg and coffee or tea. I hadn’t expected breakfast to be part of the room rate, and they did a very good job with it.
